What Happens In The First Session, And How Do We Start?

We begin by mapping the key influences that have shaped how you lead, respond, and make decisions today. In that very first conversation, you’ll see patterns emerge — some that propel you forward, and others that quietly hold you back. Immediately after, you’ll complete a powerful, one-off assignment designed to capture these insights while they’re fresh. This forms the foundation for everything we’ll do together, giving us a clear, personalised blueprint to build the leader you’re capable of becoming.

There are two ways we can work together. If you want results fast, the accelerated route condenses the work into three back-to-back hours each week for eight weeks. If you prefer a steadier pace, we can meet for one hour a week over 24 weeks (around six months).

Whichever path you choose, you’ll be applying tools and frameworks to real-life situations from day one. Between sessions, expect to spend about 30 minutes on short, focused assignments designed to help you embed the insights and strategies we cover. This balance of live coaching and independent reflection ensures the changes you make are practical, lasting, and directly relevant to your challenges.
