There are two ways we can work together. If you want results fast, the accelerated route condenses the work into three back-to-back hours each week for eight weeks. If you prefer a steadier pace, we can meet for one hour a week over 24 weeks (around six months).

Between sessions, expect to spend about 30 minutes on short, focused assignments designed to help you embed the insights and strategies we cover.
